What happens if a BBA (Hons.) or BCA (Hons.) student fails a subject, and how long can backlogs be cleared?

If a student fails a subject in any semester, they can reappear for the exam during the next available supplementary or regular examination conducted by KTU.
Students get a maximum of 6 years (the 4-year course duration plus an additional 2-year grace period) to clear all backlogs and complete the degree requirements.
If the syllabus of a course changes, students are allowed to write supplementary exams under the old syllabus for two chances only. After that, the exam will be based on the new syllabus.
